Well folks, do all of you believe that the government was shut down at the last moment? Well guess what? Do you know how government works? Do you realize that all of the government facilities, national parks and all of the places the government shut down all happened in eight hours. How could that be? Here is how it happened. All of those signs that showed up within eight hours after the deadline to close the government. Well someone had to design those signs. Then they had to go out for bid. They then chose who they will award the contract to. Then they are made up and shipped. Knowing that process means that it was planned well in advance
