Well it looks like I have lost a trouser size – no wonder my jeans feel loose! Tried on my suit trousers which wouldn’t quite fit at the front – and now THEY DO! And Gill is fitting into clothes she hasn’t worn for ages as well! Since doing our cleanses a few weeks ago, it has given us so much more energy and helped us lose a few inches as well! If youre anything like us, we always had a habit of snacking on biscuits and crisps and generally bad eating habits but now we are both much more aware of what we eat – and losing the cravings!.
