Well, this past week escalated quickly.......got done with WYOFIRE in Guernsey Sunday evening. and drove up to Sheridan. Went to the VA in Sheridan Monday and had em cut on me some then got home late Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday spent all day from early morning til dark either getting the rodeo grounds straight or running back and forth to Worland for stuff for the rodeo. Thursday spent all day gathering up trees donated to the rodeo grounds. Friday spent all day planting the trees and finishing the last details getting ready and then the whole rodeo crew pregame tradition till extremely late. Saturday hit the rodeo grounds at 8am and worked the rodeo and then the night concert/dance till past midnight then headed into town to join the fun there........6am found me on the road to Casper to drop off some riders then turned around and hit Hyattville and the Cowboy Carnival and horse races at 11am. Got home at a lil past midnight. Sunday morning headed in cleaned the rodeo grounds a lil and went to Norman Comptons funeral services followed up by working the American Legion Post 44 Memorial Day services in Ten Sleep that afternoon. Ended the day by cleaning up more of the rodeo grounds, watering the new trees and home at 10pm.......It all was a good time.
