Well today is home time and what an amazing inspirational tough emotional week it has been. We started last Friday walking to Somerset 122 miles we did and were their to hand out Smile in a Box and give out Easter Eggs to sick children in Hospital and while doing that we also went on Radio twice and in the Mercury news paper and had a photo shoot as Minnie and Mickey Mouse and we also had an amazing stay with Miranda Petty who put us up and has supported a lot thank you friends for life and her little girl Kelsey has Six Cancers aged only 3 years old shes made it so much more enjoyable and we have loved playing with her and also took her shopping at the toy store she loved it. Then we also visited two special need schools which the smiles never stopped then also a pre school taking Kelsey then we did 19 private visits to sick children some not long left to live sadly. Parents so thankful and on verge of tears. We also supported at mooreland in the flood victims homes which bought it all home the tragic events that unfolded. We also finished off our stay by handing out the Smile In a Box which children were inspired to make and design and fill and the fun day we did was great for the victims. We also met the Lord Mayor who had a photo and lots of great feedback walking round the town all aware of the charity. Its been a journey and a great success. Will be coming back soon. 300 + kids seen while here.
