Well we made 75/2 ounce modified crab cakes for my hubby. He would normally sit down and eat 2 dozen, but no longer! We are eating healthy, portion controlled from now on! He seasoned them with 3 different seasonings. We browned them in olive oil and finished them in the oven. They are now flash freezing and will be stored once frozen for future meals. This is my new thing. Preparing my proteins in large amounts all cut into 2-3 ounce portions and frozen for future meals. Obviously its not the recommended method, but it has really helped with meal planning. And it tastes better than store bought frozen dinners, plus I know whats in them and can control the sodium. And it makes dinnertime hassle free!
