Well, what an incredible day! Firstly, a thanks to Channel 9, Eliza and Lisa Fernandez for their amazing story on Mabel this morning. The segments went off without a hitch (links to the videos below if you missed it) and it was more successful that we could have ever thought. The second, but biggest thanks go to our supporters and the wonderful people of #Perth that banded together to raise the funds for Mabels surgery. Drum roll, please... The tally as at 6pm this evening is: $20,885 - a phenomenal effort by all involved. We all cant thank you enough! This means that Mabels current and future surgeries are covered. However, she has a long road ahead and will require extensive physiotherapy for at least 12 months after her surgeries have been completed.
