Well what did you expect from a commission that is led by a member of that bastion of the British establishment; The house of Lords or as I like to call it The Gravy Train ? Regardless of the usual lies in the unionist media, the Smith commissions recommendations do not even come close to what was promised in the so called vow made in blind panic 2 days before the referendum. The little control over tax and VAT is a poison chalice and the limited powers over certain aspects of welfare fall pathetically short of anything meaningful in the way of tackling the massive social inequality and poverty that is rife in Scotland ! Nothing has changed folks, the only way to achieve a better and fairer country for all who live here is to have a parliament that has full fiscal control coupled with full control of the powers to begin to create that socially just Scotland or to put it in one word: Independence !
