Went in to sales of merchant services for over three years. While calling on many brick & mortar businesses. I have over 20 years of business to business sales. This has helped with my inspection business with having been a businessman and seeing the concerns for liability insurance companies and seeing potential problems. Having been living in San Diego for 20 years and entered the inspection business in 2005. When working as a business broker and associate who had been doing inspections helped me move in to the inspection field when he moved out of the state. Became a Real Estate Licensed agent for 6 years working in the mortgage segment. I then transitions into working as a Businesses Broker selling businesses for 4 years. With my various exposures to so many industries over the last 40 years from the ground up I have had a lot of exposure to all kinds of structures and businesses with this exposure work well with in the inspection field.
