Went to the movie this afternoon. Bought the reward card and was told I get free popcorn and drink for signing up. The girl at concessions says there are no special bags for the free popcorn so I cant have any. Hmmm...that didnt sit well with me. Conversation: Her: Free popcorn comes in the small red bags, we are out of them. I cant give you any. Me: I dont care what color bag you put it in. Just put my free amount in any bag or even a cup. I dont mind. Her: But I dont have any bags I cant give you any. Me: You have lots of bags put it in a small one. Her: I cant it has to be in the special bags. Me: Honey when I PAID for this rewards card I was promised FREE Popcorn and a drink and thats what I expect. If You cant do it Find someone who can. Call your manager or whom ever can give me my popcorn. Im not leaving here till I get it. I dont care what you put it in, just put it. Her: Ok, Ill give you a small bag. Me: Sounds like a Plan to me. It doesnt have to be full. Well, I walked way with my free drink and a small popcorn. She couldnt manage to put less in the bag. Oh well! Sometimes Im EASY and will compromise and sometimes not! Dont tell me theres No Way when I can see that there is. Ill fight to the end.....specially for free popcorn! LOL. Poor girl I think I shook her up. Oh well....another good life experience for her on how to deal with OLD People.
