Weve cooked every night, but last night we splashed out for a private chef. He prepared the entire meal here. It started with assorted hors doeuvres, then we had a warm goat cheese salad. Our main was roasted leg of lamb with an amazing sauce, a stuffed tomato and potatoes au gratin. He followed that with an amazing cheese platter and dessert was profiteroles with chocolate sauce. There was much laughter and the last revelers staggered into bed at five.
