What a fantastic day at St Marys Cathedral today! Wonderful morning service celebrating the Trinity, and also acknowledging this weeks celebration of Icelandic independence, by singing Heyr Himna Smiður (Sædís Karen Stefánsdóttir Walker, Guðlaug Sjöfn Jónsdóttir, Ester Rafnsdóttir) Then a lovely choristers party this afternoon, followed by a rip-roaring Choral Evensong! A really special day. I LOVE my job!! Thank you to everyone who helps all this happen! ( Kelvin Holdsworth, Oonagh McKinnon, Fiona McKinnon, Sarah Rose W, Christine Walker, Peter Wakeford, Mark Browne, Suet-Lin Teo, and many more! ) St Marys is a very special place and I thank God every day that he brought me here to exercise my music ministry.
