What do you do when a co-worker’s constant procrastination begins to affect your ability to do your job? I’m finding it very difficult to have patience when I am not able to do my job because I am waiting on something that a co-worker was told to finish 2 weeks ago. Not to mention that they have been working on this particular thing since January and really should have had it finished months ago.
