What hurts my heart is when a wonderful thing or action is analyzed to the point of extinction. . The ALS ice bucket challenge was an idea put into action for a great cause, understandably, some issues with donations have come up and I get it... DONATE PEOPLE dont just pour water on yourself. BUT BUT, how in heavens name can 2 religious figures get into a debate over stem cell research on social media? This literally is the definition of neutralizing a good cause. .. not everyone is perfect, intentions were there and that is the point. Stem cell research is important but arguing over it defeats the entire point of selfless acts people. .. people try to do something kind and fanatics have to put it under a microscope and suck the kindness out with a straw. Thats all. .. Since I havent been nominated, I will be donating to both ALS and JP I I CAUSES. THANK YOU
