What in the living hell is wrong with customer service today? I was put on hold with comcast for 30 minutes to try to setup service after I got a live person, Banu Saredy forced me to hang up and we did it online in roughly 5 minutes. Also could barely hear the person, every other word was a mumble that was worse than my mumbling, and that takes talent. Second, I decided to play some SimCity tonight, 2 hours ago... Origin forces me to reinstall Origin, which then says my SimCity license is now invalid... and it wont letme repair or uninstall. So off to support I go, 47 minutes I finally get this gem that the guy told me And after that your issue get fixed after telling me to just disable all my startup items... what... the... hell... does turning something like my msoffice autostart do to my SimCity license file (not that I already have all my startup items disabled to begin with). I want my money back, all of it, hand it over. People obviously cant be trusted with it.
