What kind of efforts BSNL is putting for keeping everything simple and in order. I had worst experience recently, recharged successfully from bsnl website and it says you will get 16 minutes on net talk time and nothing came. When calling customer care they says system is not working at a moment 3 times out of 5 times which is maximum attempt you can do. After connecting to 1 executive successfully 1 said to check with the bank consistently and hanged up the call without answering my query (nonsense- I said I had successful recharge) and 1 said whether there is no such recharge available. For the proof I am attaching the file which is printed on bsnl website which is portal.bsnl.in
