What now? All I can do is take life one-day-at-a-time. My cat is ill and that is worrisome to me. I called the Senior Apartments and it could be 2 more years before I can move into a cheaper apartment. Financial stress continues to invade my attempts to find serenity. I continue in school, trying to occupy my mind with possibilities and hope (though in both my Sociology and Anthropology classes we are dealing with whats not working in the world). All I can do is look at what I have - not what I dont have. I hold my kitty and do the best I can to take care of him for as long as hes with me. I cherish friends, embrace what joys I can find and honor my grief and loss. Thats all I can do! Gratitude! And faith that Im strong enough for whatever comes!
