What would you do?? Received this over Facebook from the young self appointed executive head waitress after a shift...I only took my jacket off...what do?? Hey Tim, I just wanted to talk to you about tonight. Not sure if you chefs realise, but when you guys change your shirts out the back, all of us front of house girls can see you. And while some of the other girls might have a laugh, I dont feel comfortable with it and dont think its appropriate at work. Especially considering we have young girls working for us, it would not be okay for one of them to accidentally walk out the back while youre changing. So if you want to change at work, Id appreciate it if you went into the bathroom and changed there. If I see any of the other guys do it again Ill chat to them as well, but I just wanted to let you know after tonight.
