What you would have been done if this was happened to you? Hi Friends, I bought a shoe (Rs.2000.00) from one of the Khadims showroom ( Janata shoe stores, near Das Brothers more) at Coochbehar. After two days I used it for few hours and left aside at home. Next day when started packing before my travel suddenly noticed both the soles has lot of cracks and seems like someone tampered those with knife of something. When I went to the shop and asked for the refund, they rudely said they cant and was forcing me to take another shoe in exchange. And said that is not expected to happen with every shoe, and we have 90 days warranty with sole and pasting, so if something goes wrong bring it back. I was about to travel outside India and requested them I cant go with this trial and error game please return my money, why u r forcing me to purchase something else, if this happens again how can I return you. The guy at the cash counter said we can offer either replacement or due slip (which are basically same) but no refund, this is against our company policy. Okay, I can understand you cant go against your company policy then just give me a written copy of this. He didnt replied anything first few times, then said he cant I have to choose either of the option they r offering- replacement/ due slip. Two questions came on my mind: 1. What quality Khadims is maintaining 2. How we can stop people to be cheated from these sellers Can we please share our voice for peoples awareness. #khadims, #khadims
