Whats worse: your card getting declined when you dont know if you have the money or when you know you have the money? My card got declined yesterday in Mexico AFTER I pumped the gas. I thought I was going to jail! I had checked my balance earlier so I didnt know if my card was blocked or someone stole my money or what. I used THE SAME card to get cash out so I still dont know what the hell happened. I just know I should start carrying more cash around when not in Los Estados Unidos.
