What’s the traditional Chinese medicine treatment theory in our hospital? If we want to know the treatment theory of kidney disease, we must firstly find out the logic relationships of the lesions. 1. Traditional Chinese medicine logic relationship：(Pathogenesis) Qi – Stagnation – Blood – Stasis – Toxins 2. Nosogenesis According to our years of treatment experience and clinic research for kidney disease, we find that the process of any kidney disease follows the vicious circulation: the stagnation of qi causes blood stasis, blood stasis causes poison blocking in blood, and poison blocking in blood will cause severe stagnation of qi. The development of kidney disease will inevitably experience three stages of Qi stagnation, Blood stasis, and poison hysteresis, corresponding to the three stages of renal fibrosis. 3. Seven common factors to cause the disease ● Seven emotions pathopoiesia: happiness, angry, sorrow, thoughtful, grief, fear and shock. ● Six climatic exopathogens: wind, cold, summer-heat, damp, dry-pathogen and internal heat. ● Improper diet, such as gluttony and capricious hunger. ● Impermanent accommodation, such as stay up late. ● Epidemic pathogenic factors, such as influenza. ● Infected with poison. ● Inadequate natural endowment. 4. What is Qi stagnation? Because of the inadequate natural endowment, or lack of acquired righteousness, or pathogens in nature (epidemic pathogens) more than the body righteousness (normal disease resistance), and also depression, or anxiety, or suffering from cold and summer-heat pathogens, or improper diet, or infected with poison, the body will appear the obstruction of Qi movement. Let me give you a common example, and you will easily understand my what I have said. For example: When we are angry, we will not breathe smoothly. When we feel cold, our limbs will appear stiffness. When we eat overfull, our belly will be up fast enough. When there is haze, we will feel stifling. All of these are the feelings of the obstruction of Qi movement, namely Qi stagnation in fact. 5. What is stasis? What’s the result of the obstruction of Qi movement? That is: the blood flows slowly or doesn’t flow. If the blood flows slowly, the cells in blood will easily deposit in blood vessels. Once deposition, the stasis will come into being. Just like stacking one hillock in the smooth canal, and the water can’t flow smoothly. So does Qi. It will cause severe stasis. At the time, human body will have the symptoms of dark face, dark purple lip and nails, cold limbs, dark purple tongue, petechiae, ecchymoses, and unsmooth pulse. This is stasis. Because the number of blood capillary in kidney is huge, rugged into groups, and the blood flow in kidney is also very huge, once Qi stagnation forms, the stasis will easily appear in kidney. Therefore, we say almost all of the kidney diseases have the symptom of stasis. 6. What is poison hysteresis? What is poison? Why Long time stasis will cause poison? The homophone of “毒” in Chinese (poison) is “堵” (obstruction), both pronounced “du”. In fact, poison also has the meaning of obstruction. Once obstructed, it is poison. The final result of stasis is obstruction. Therefore, long time stasis will cause poison. The ancients say that running water is never stale and a door-hinge is never worm-eaten. So is water, let alone blood. Once blood stops flow, it will easier to cause poison. And the blood is infected with poison after long time stasis, the toxicity is fairly huge. There are three aspects of the toxicity: Ultra immune inflammatory response, Ischemia hypoxia, Hyperplasia. Ultra immune inflammatory response is the toxic reaction caused by the over detoxification. The inflammatory response firstly erode the innermost of blood vessel, namely endothelial cells. Once endothelial cells are damaged, the blood flow will be more unsmooth. This is the symptom that poison hysteresis in blood will cause severe stagnation of qi. Ultra immune inflammatory response damages inherent cells, causing the aggravation of ischemia hypoxia. Ischemia hypoxia is the result of poison or obstruction. The result will cause vascular sclerosis. Vascular sclerosis will result in severe stagnation of qi caused by poison hysteresis, and further aggravate ischemia hypoxia. Hyperplasia is the derivative of poison hysteresis. The obstruction by poison will cause severer local ischemia hypoxia and ultra immune inflammatory response. The repeated stimulation of local ischemia hypoxia and ultra immune inflammatory response will cause the dysplasia of inherent cells. The derivative will cause much severer and new vicious circulation: the stagnation of qi causes blood stasis, blood stasis causes poison hysteresis in blood, and poison hysteresis in blood will cause severe stagnation of qi. 7. Three process of the kidney disease development The development of kidney disease is divided into three disorder process of Qi and Blood , from mild to severe : Qi stagnation, blood stasis and poison hysteresis. Our treatment is taken according to these three process of kidney disease. Just because we find the nosogenesis of kidney disease, our treatment has made a progress. 8. Our unique treatment for kidney disease After long time research, our hospital has found the unique treatment for kidney disease, including three aspects: ●In the stage of blood stasis, even Qi stagnation, we start to treat the disease. The earlier the treatment is, the better the treatment effect is. ● In the stage of poison hysteresis, combining the methods of regulating Qi, eliminating blood stasis and clearing poison could work. ● There should be a method to find blood stasis and even Qi stagnation in advance. This is the three unique treatment in our hospital, unique medicines, unique therapies and unique diagnostic methods. 9. How do we eliminate blood stasis? We just take our unique medicines and unique therapies to eliminate blood stasis. Internally take the unique medicines to invigorate blood circulation and expel blood stasis. Externally take the unique therapies to warm and dredge the meridians. Eliminate blood stasis by collaborating from within with forces from outside. This is our unique method to eliminate blood stasis. 10. How do we regulate Qi? We just take our unique medicines and unique therapies to regulate Qi. On one hand, internally take unique medicines to promote the circulation of Qi. On the other hand, externally use the unique therapies to regulating Qi-flowing. This is our unique method to regulate Qi. 11. How do we clear poison? We also take our unique medicines and unique therapies to clear poison by drawing out the toxin, expelling poison and detoxifying. Take the unique therapies to draw the toxin out of the body from skin. Use the unique medicine for detoxification and expelling toxins from the inside of the body. Separate the internal and external treatment so as to arrive the aim of clearing poison. Draw out the toxins out from the skin, expel and detoxify the poison from the inside of the body. The combination of the three method forms our unique method to clear poison. 12. Three process that the treatment of kidney disease can’t exceed Our unique treatment divides the treatment of kidney disease into three processes, regulating Qi, eliminating blood stasis and clearing poison. And the treatment of kidney disease has to go through three processes of regulating Qi, eliminating blood stasis and clearing poison. These are three processes that the treatment of kidney disease can’t exceed. Any treatment dreaming of exceeding the three processes will have no effects.
