When I was in Utah at leadership training, the purpose of paying us from our very first sale with Younique and not having to hit a minimum before were paid or collect a certain number of sales from this leg or that leg but what we personally sell was explained. The commission we make is deposited in to our accounts every 3 hours. Why? Because some people who enter into the world of direct sales are people who need the supplemental income. They need to be able to buy those diapers, pay those activity fees for their children or pay that bill now. Not a week from now or a month from now when other companies pay commission on personal sales. Its not dependent upon your team - its dependent upon you. I know Ive been a part of direct sales before where you just need this person to sign a person and then they have to sell a minimum of x for you to get paid next month and it was deflating because I felt like I was working for someone elses success. With Younique, I dont have to attend vendor events, I dont have to keep a minimum of $2,000 in inventory, I dont have to spend time away from my son by dragging my product to a show 30 minutes away where I paid a ridiculous amount of money just to set up a table. I do it all from my phone, my iPad, my computer on my terms and on my schedule. For $99, I received $400 in makeup that I would have used anyway. Its come back to me 25 times over and is only going up from here. I now have 90 women on my team whose financial future is being changed for the better. Im establishing new relationships and being able to uplift others. As one of my recent Presenters said, this is a no brainer, I am excited about the products and love that I can contribute to my familys finances, and I love makeup and am on Facebook and other social media anyway - why not make money at the same time? Exactly.
