When Pa Muhammadu Buhari was the Governor of old North Eastern State, he instructed that Quran should be recited by students every four hours from Monday to Friday, legally achieving what Boko Haram is trying to achieve through insurgency today and thus causing a collateral damage to students faculty. No single school for Almajiris was built, neither was any move made to better the lots of teeming thousands of pre-Youth and Youth educationally. This action was FUNDAMENTALLY the cause of miseducation in the North Eastern parts of Nigeria and the current demand of the Obnoxious Education Philosophy of Boko Haramic Western Education is Evil. Surely, the fathers have eaten the proverbial sour grapes and the childrens teeth are set on edge. I personally blame leaders leaders like Buhari, who cannot differentiate between a Secular and Religious Country but would rather want to force their religious values down their fellow citizens throats, as the cause of the educational backwardness of the North. When Nigerians are saying that Pa Buhari should show forth his certificates rather than an Affidavit falsely sworn to (that is even an act of perjury that he should be prosecuted for), all they are asking for is his Basic First School Leaving Certificate and Secondary School Leaving Certificate which his Fake Military Board or the Nigeria Army has nothing to do with. Emotions and sentiments apart, Buhari should have photocopies of these basic credentials instead of submitting to INEC a Fake Affidavit to which he personally was not a deponent. This is a rape of the laws of this country, an impunity to be shied away from by a man claiming integrity as his forte. Is the Army or INEC now to be running around or setting up committees to search for Pa Buharis Certificates? Abegi, that Fake Affidavit reeks of insolence and devil-may-care born-to-rule attitude of our Northern Leaders. Just go through the Affidavit, you will discover spelling mistakes as if the deponent is a Charge and Bail Lawyer! Was Professor Osinbajo, a SAN, not available when this rubbish was being undertaken? Was Dr. Muiz Banire, a PhD holder in the Legal Profession and Legal Officer of APC not available? Enough! Yes, we want Change but not this kind of change being pretended by amateurish APC.
