When somebody is at the end of their rope they will do anything and everything they can to numb the pain, to get someones attention, to make everyone see that they arent ok. We need to start noticing before that happens. Before we lose someone we love dearly or before they seriously hurt themself. Its ok to not be ok, but its not ok to keep going on feeling like everyday would be better if it were your last... People care, speak out.
