When the Dell laptop a customer bought three weeks ago suddenly stops working and wont turn on (and yes its charged and plugged in, thank you very much), it doesnt instill a great amount of confidence when the tech center employee says (paraphrased but close): thank you for calling, I promise I will provide you the very best of service . If at any time during the call I am talking too fast or too slow, or you cant understand me, just ask me to repeat myself and I will gladly do so. My issue remains unresolved. And I am just shaking my head.
