When we went to see the JT concert last June at the Sandia amphitheater - We got there and thought we were supposed to pick up the on call tickets there ( at the amphitheater) but then found out that u had to pick them up inside the casino. .So Vikki told me to wait there (at the gate) and that she would go get the tickets inside the casino - It was a bit of a trek around the walls of the ampitheater for her and she was using her cane that day ( and limping)..anyway..She saw a guy getting off one of the tour buses parked there, who was then walking past her ( a guy with long blonde hair) and he was nice enough to say hi in passing and he asked her if she was okay because he noticed the limp in her walk .She told him she just had a bad back and hip and she explained to him that she was going to get our on call tickets inside the casino Anyway he told her well enjoy the show and I wish I could let you cut through this area here, but I cant...anyway Vikki came back with the tickets and told me about this scenario after.we got settled in our seats. I knew who she was talking about when she described him and when she had seen him getting off one of the bands tour buses...it was the blonde guy in this video here -David Lasley! - He has been JTs back up singer for over 30 years! If I would have been with her I would have easily recognized him and prob would have asked for a JT autograph!! Anyway..I just couldnt believe she had spoken to someone in his band and not even known it!! It seemed crazy! But then I m the big JT fan ( not her)..so she wouldnt have known.
