When you order Verizon, you speak to a lively enthusiastic person so glad to serve you. But when something is wrong with service, you speak to a machine for a long series of questions, and the robot cannot understand a simple "yes" response, even though it said answer with a yes or no....when you FINALLY get to a real person, he is in India, reading from a script, from which he cannot deviate. Then I had to call back, going through the robot again( she still did not understand the word"yes") only to get Costa Rica, where the guy reads the same script, even when I tell him I have already gone through the script with the guy in India. Then he tells me he has to get in touch with his supervisor, apparently in the U.S. , but the lines are down... I am so done with Verizon!
