When you spend the money on a heavy duty vacuum with a heavy duty warranty you kind of expect more from their tech support department. I have to say I was really let down by BISSELL today. Now I am without a vacuum for the next few days while I try to find a repair shop or shell out money to buy a replacement. Really. Really. Disappointed. Having used and sworn by their vacuums for the past 10 years this is a first for me. I would love some recommendations on a replacement, looking for quality and a great repair/replacement warranty.
