Whew yesterday was one busy day and lots of people to thank for a LOT of activity... Huge thanks to the crew who manned the event at First Bank in Hollow Rock: Beverly, Lisa, Jillian, Patti, Linda, and Jackie and oh man, I fear I will have left someone out but they did a bang up job!!! Also, thanks to: Jenni who ran the puppy underground railroad; Caty for picking up a pooch from the vet and helping diffuse a nimrods rant; Phyllis for picking up shots; Teresa for picking up a pooch from Jackson; Lisa for coordinating fencing wire from Jackson; and Daniel for picking it up and bringing it to our new shelter today. Plus we got 12 animals spayed/neutered to prepare them for adoption; took in 11 puppies via an emergency foster parent who is a freaking saint; made preparations to take in another 16 puppies today; and only got cursed out twice because we dont do anything for animals (insert sarcastic eye roll).
