While most diets work short term, the reality is that if you dont change your behaviors, you will only return to where you were. Education is the key. Studies demonstrate that the majority of people who go on some type of diet return back to not only where they were but for many, more. They never learned how to change their habits and in many cases, due to social, emotional, psychological and other factors, the diets failed in the long term. That is an important key to keeping the weight off. Education. Then its the individuals choice but not d/t what they dont know, but rather what they know and choose not to follow the new behaviors. Thats another positive of the CORE Challenge. There is a whole community of support of hundreds of people who are there to assist and inspire and many coaches who can help them overcome challenges.
