While police claimed self-defence, the video clearly shows that Hamdane Kheir was murdered in cold blood, in fact, executed by Isreali police. The images show the 22-year old Palestinian attacking a police van and hitting at the window with what looks like a brick. Then you see the a cop get out of the van and coolly shoot Hamdane in the back while he tries to run away. Still alive but dying, Hamdane is dragged into the police van and taken to hospital where he is dead on arrival. The cops spread a completely different version of the event. According to them, Hamdane was trying to resist the arrest of one of his relatives and threatened police with a knife. The cops say that after firing warning shots they had to shoot Hamdane This is typical of the bare-faced lies these murderous scum will stoop to – with a silent nod from their American, British and European accomplices. This is what Palestinians are up against, day and daily. This is what we are all up against. In a very real sense “We are ALL Palestinians”. That is a remembrance worthy of the word.
