While the Gospel is preached it is seldom lived out in the lives of those who claim to know Jesus. This should not be a surprise since Jesus Himself said FEW would follow the narrow path to everlasting life and many would follow the wide which leads to destruction. The pain and suffering we see almost daily in Kenya goes unnoticed by those at the top of the ladder in Kenya and while people scream for more pay the wananchi (the average citizen) continue to suffer. Today we saw once more, in person, the corruption by government officials in the NGO and Immigration sectors...do they even take notice of how it affects the common person?...they just want more money for doing the job they are already paid to do....no matter what the consequences. We are waiting for you Jesus, but we will continue to serve as we wait.
