This Maxims are the basic principles which every lawyer is acquainted with. Therefore it becomes increasingly disgusting to hear the opposition NPP calling for the investigations into the death of Prof. Mills which even supposed to be a family matter. Because we were all in this country when Kojo Baah Wiredu a finance minister died in South Africa on a simple medical check up, Madam Hawa Yakubu a former minister died just like that and it was even suspected that she died out of food poisoning because she had a presidential ambitions to lead the NPP, Major Courage Quarshigah also died just like that and it was also believed he was poisoned because he became aware of some secret dealings in the NPP, such as some cabinet meetings being held in his absence. A whole former Vice President also dies just like that because he also has a presidential ambitions. All these are just a few of the NPP members whose deaths are surrounded with lots of doubt, yet the NPP does not deem it necessary to call the then government to investigate all these doubtful deaths of their senior members, but could be extremely hypocritical to ask for inquiry into the death of our dear late President. Even immediately after Prof. Mills was sworn into power in 2009, this same NPP started wishing for his death even to the extent that on a routine medical check up in the USA, the NPP opposition leader Naa Akuffo Addo mischievously came up with an article wishing Prof. Mills well as if Prof. Mills was carried on a stretcher to the US. This are the group of bandits we have in Ghana as opposition party who only oppose everything by Government without they providing alternatives, this is the sort of bandits which poses a security threat to Ghana and are causing fear and panic to the public in Ghana. This is a party which is supposed to be banned with immediate effect as a matter of urgency, because Ghana will not progress with this Notorious Peoples Party around.
