Whopping amount quoted for litigation if believed it tent amounts to almost one year budget of more than 1000 bed teaching public hospital.Means these much number of patients can be said to be deprived of medical cure for year. Alternatively half million people bellow poverty line can be nourished domestically for a year or more than 30000 people can be given employment on Narega Scheme.Does this not require introspection? Act does not worth pinching or compunction of such lavishness when one third people are BPL?
