Who’s the true enemy of internet freedom - China, Russia, or the US? One of the things that most excited me about the internet, when it began to spread to individuals, was its international implications. I still see potential for revolution on the internet, with the biggest obstacle being the US government, which works tirelessly on behalf of the wealthy of the world, against the working class of the world. In its role as defender of the worlds wealthy, our government has linked up with American internet corporations in an attempt to control information on the planet as much as possible. The NSA watches almost everything, copying and storing billions of gigabytes. As Karl Marx and many others suggested, the only revolution with a chance for widespread success is international revolution. He recommended that the workers of the world unite. Today we have the international billionaires united, with the US of A their private security enforcer, but the masses of workers are scattered and disorganized across the globe. Some governments in the world have recognized that if they are to use the internet independently, they must insist on regulating portions that are not controlled by the US of A. As people of conscience, we must also find ways to organize for solidarity against an information juggernaut which works against the public interest -Jack Balkwill theguardian/commentisfree/2015/jan/04/internet-freedom-china-russia-us-google-microsoft-digital-sovereignty To join the Liberty Underground news service go here: luvnews.info/Join.htm or join our Facebook group here: https://facebook/groups/461619557192964/ email: libertyuv@hotmail Tell your friends about LUV News because some people just dont get it
