Why businesses shrink and ultimately vanish in the dust of time? There are 3 basic miscalculations done by the business think tanks: 1. They put first cut in advertising: By doing this people who already are not preferring their business are now not knowing even they exist or not. 2. They cut training and development of their employees: By doing this people who already needed to learn something new to gain lost market share are now not even knowing what is right and how they have to do their role properly? 3. They cut the payroll and labeling it with fancy titles like right sizing or eliminating fats: By doing this less people have to do more work with less benefits. They all experience short term gain with long term losses.
