Why do most people never achieve their New Year Resolutions? FEAR. Fearful? FACE IT! Make Goals Not Excuses: 1. Keep it simple 2. Create a finish line- Start with 15 or 30 day goal 3. Hire a Wellness Coach or get an accountability partner 4. Make goals measurable-release 10 lbs or exercise 3x a week 5. Celebrate when you cross the finish line 6.
