Why do people assume that in order to lose weight you have to stop eating or eliminate certain food groups? I have been asked a few times over the past month or so how Im losing my weight. When I tell them that Ive been eating more I get strange looks, like Ive grown two heads or something. Why is it so hard to believe that having healthy eating habits is what is helping me to shed some of the weight I have?
