Why everyone needs a lymph drainage massage Toxins in our - TopicsExpress

Why everyone needs a lymph drainage massage Toxins in our environment are quire hard to avoid these days. They lurk around the environment in our homes, our food, water, personal care products, and even the air we breathe. It is our lymph systems that deal with removing all the toxic waste from our bodies, and not only the waste generated from outside our bodies, but also the normal waste from our own cellular metabolism. The lymph system can be likened to a garbage dump. Many of you spent last Friday morning collecting garbage off the carretera and we all saw the pictures of the enormous amount of garbage collected. Well, your lymph system sends out highly specialized cells that do the same thing. These little cells traverse our blood streams looking for anything that’s not supposed to be there; bacteria, viruses, food particles, medications, and the myriad of toxic substances that find their way into our bodies and move them out. Well, just like the dump on the hill, our lymph systems can and often do reach their capacity. Now you can go on a specialized diet and clean it out a bit, but unless you stay on that diet for a very long time, the lymphatic system will clog right back up again. Trust me; I see it all the time. Just like the road will again be littered with trash without proper maintenance, so will your lymph system. Thus, everyone needs a good lymph massage now and then! Have no worries, a lymph massage does not hurt. In fact, it is an incredibly relaxing and gentle massage that simply coaxes the lymph along to major lymph nodes to speed up the process of moving the toxins of the body. It’s like having triple the number of volunteers picking up trash along the road. How do you know if your lymph system is full? There are so many aches, pains, and discomforts a body may experience when the blood vessels become full of toxins. Headaches, general aches and pains, swelling behind the joints, nausea, dizziness, difficulty sleeping, sinus congestion, lung congestion, sluggish metabolism, inability to lose weight, diarrhea, constipation, acid reflux, frequent colds, allergies, lethargy, loss of appetite, a general feeling of heaviness, forgetfulness, bouts of anxiety and/or depression, lack of motivation, constant hunger, and a constant need to clear the throat are just some of discomforts one may experience from a clogged lymphatic system. All of these symptoms are exacerbated by heat and humidity, thus a lymph drainage massage will help your body deal with our unusually hot and sticky weather conditions. So, where does one get a lymph massage? Of course I do them, but if you are in the Ensenada area, so does Jesse Atkinson in Ensenada. (646 128 5160, EnsenadaMassage@gmail). I have had a massage with Jesse and he is incredible! For those in the Punta Banda area, contact me at 154 2142 or message me on facebook.
