With the man of the house traveling and a forest in my yard (seriously small trees were growing in grass up to my calves in spots) I decided it would be a good time to finally try Ignite (pre work out) from Zijas new rip it up line! Im not a runner and my work outs consist of a few squats and sit ups a couple times a week (I know kinda sad) so I never found a good use to try it Til yesterday! My mower quit 3 times where I had to yank the start cord 15-20 times rapidly to get it started again (after cleaning it out) I had to mow,then rake and then mow about half the yard a second time where it was really bad, plus mowed the front. This was more than a 3 hour process. I stopped half way for 5 mins to drink a Fuel (electrolyte replacer) but otherwise didnt rest. I also had to move lawn furniture and play sets during this process. Afterward my arms werent even tired or jello-ee. I wasnt out of breath and didnt even feel the need to rest afterward. In fact I didnt sit down until about 9:00pm when I cuddled with the kids before bed. Keep in mind my arms use to get worn out and ache after id just straighten my hair, and vacuuming would put me on the couch to rest for quite a while afterward- and those were my normal to good days. Even with my improved Strength and pain relief the past two years with Zijas Moringa , theres no way I would have been able to conquer that yard as well as I did without the extra help of the ignite. I never felt jitters, my heart was strong and steady, and I didnt feel like there was anything foreign in me, I just felt strong- no I felt like superwoman, no joke! This is the most physically exerting thing Ive ever done for that long, and felt great afterward! I went ahead and drank a recover (post work out mix) anyway, just to be safe and I still feel good today... Since this extent of activity is new I cant compare it without the recover, but only A tiny bit of muscle soreness in my shoulders today. But I seriously almost cried when I finished because I couldnt believe it! I didnt know what to expect going into it, but I must say, I was pleased!
