Within a distance, the long awaited verdict of the heighest court - TopicsExpress

Within a distance, the long awaited verdict of the heighest court of the land will surely come out. I advice everyone especially the youth to listin well to various addresses before the final verdict to enable everyone to understand the verdict and the aberation ( reasons) that may come with such verdict which am sure of, for the following reasons; 1.even if there were mistakes in the 2012 eclection, that finally produce a president by chance, in which all Ghanaians were part in that unanimost decision which finally produce a by chance president, with fewer rich minority affected and complaining afterward, which is part of decision making process. 2.re-election is not an option for Ghana becouse, considering how money is wasted during election time, which we have just finish one wastage. The economy will be worst off ten times then it already is, if there will be one. My grandmother and your father in the villages all over Ghana, who are poor yet part of the majority group in 2012 election presidential decision process, yet have no one to represent them at this moment but the state, will be worst victims in this case. But the state too is proctected by the judges of the heighest court of the land, and their aim too is to protect the poor, the vulunerable in the country, and not the rich. A. if only there will re,election,is it the two parties or all the parties in the 2012 election? Who told you that they too were not affected? Is it becouse they are not in court? For this reason and others,re-election is out of the verdict. 3. For general peace sake and the first time undermining of the electeral commission as a national body which is cherish by Africa countries all over, changing of presidency too, is a non started. But Ec as an institution will be reform. CONCLUTION 5. It is forever far better and very common to live with a unanimost decision with mistakes which affect few others, may be the fewer rich in a society, Than to change that uninamost decision in the name of laws which will affect the majority, not just the majority but the vulunerable in society which the law must protect. 6. Be rest asure that peace will forever be with Mother Ghana after the verdict. 7. The judges in their wisdow knows it all, and have been in that position for a very long time.
