Worship/Praise/Thought/Song of the Day: Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken. (Psalms 55:22) Sometimes we let the troubles and cares of this world weigh us down to the point that we start to question Gods plan for our life and even start to wonder if He really truly cares for us then why does He let us suffer? I dont presume to know what crossroad youre at in your life right now or what trouble(s) has you burdened and weary, but I do know Jesus is waiting with open arms for you to turn to Him (not with perfect praise, but with humility and a broken hallelujah) and lay your burden at His feet and give it to Him to carry for you. It is then and ONLY THEN, that you will find the PEACE you have been searching for. The longer you try to trudge your way through your trouble(s) on your own and keep stubbornly pushing Gods outstretched hand away as He offers you help, the deeper you will sink into a pit of despair and hopelessness until it threatens to suffocate the very life out of you. Dont let your pride carry you to this point. Jesus loved you enough to DIE for you so that HE could carry these burdens FOR you, so just let Him take care of it and do His job!! I promise you the minute you DO let go (and I mean REALLY let go....dont hold anything back) that you will begin to notice a difference not only in the way you feel, but slowly in the way your circumstances begin to change as well! Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. (1 Peter 5:7)
