Wowzer! Chilly walk with Gracie The Crazy Girl on this first evening of the Fall - so I guess the Summertime of 2014 has come to an end. It sure was a strange one; a summer of turning 60 - stranger that I thought it might me, but not that strange at all. a summer of some great shows - Ringo {on my birthday}, and a wonderful evening with Macca - and some great gigs with the NonEssentials and Slim Chance and The Convicts. A summer of more Showbiz than I ever thought I would see - warlocks, lions and tigers and bears. A summer that saw lots of dogs and cats get new homes - and families with smiles. A summer of reunion - Lunch With A Beatle, and a summer of loss - I miss you. A summer of memories. A summer not to be forgotten. Thanks to each of my friends who sent me birthday wishes that day, and sympathy that day. I am lucky to have loved and to have been loved.
