One big treat is that after 6:00 PM today you can forget about the parking meters until Spring time. Some cloud cover on the Loop is keeping it cool and it feels just right for a round or two. SUP is on the marquis for today because its milky glass with some really small surf that you might be able to get your longboard to cooperate with. Might improve some with the tide but there just isnt much swell in the water. You wont need your kiteboard until later this afternoon when the southerly winds pick up but you might need your spear or your ugly stick because theres still plenty of fish in the water. For Halloween this year you can look for partly cloudy skies with high temperatures approaching 79º F and 77% humidity. Winds should turn to the SSE sometime this AM and pick up to 13-15 mph so if youre kite starved you might be in luck. Chance of rain today is 2020% and your UV Index is Moderate at 4.
