Writing results in the NAPLAN tests are down across the nation, with one question being blamed for the results. The students were asked to choose a rule, or law, that you think needs to change, then to write to convince a reader why this rule or law should be changed, and also to explain their reasons. The question was set for all year levels, with children from 8 to as 15 undertaking the question. What do you think? Too hard?
