Coincidentally, as soon as the RSPCA deemed culling kind, the culls increased. Who influenced the RSPCA board? Youd have to be a fool to trust an animal welfare org that deems aerial culling kind when like-organizations across the world have called that same action brutality. And, Peter Roper negating any humane welfare issues by stating its not horses that are being culled but feral animals is essentially declaring they lack sentience. Really? Wow, tell that to the worlds leading scientists who wrote the Cambridge Declaration on Consciousness of which Steven Hawking played a part. Trading a countrys moral values for expediency when viable proven alternatives exist is an outright travesty.
