YES YES YES...a MILLION TIMES YES! My focus right now is slowing my familys pace. Between dance recital prep, baseball, hockey, Mommy running a business and Daddy having a successful career - we are way too FULL right now of the wrong things. Instead of enjoying our movement and activities and being out in the community we are rushing from one thing to the next and everyone is feeling it. So we have made a commitment to sit down...the FOUR of us and choose how we want our lives to feel. It may sound like a big question for an soon to be 8 year old and 5 year old but you would be surprised how well they can articulate their big YESS and their hearty NOs!!
