YOU CAN BE 6, OR 16, OR 36, 46, 60 OR IN NOAH’S CASE…600 YEARS OLD….but what HE told you to BUILD, ADVANCE, PROMOTE………..be a WITNESS FOR………………What HE put in YOUR SPIRIT, if you pray, use the WORD, let the HOLY SPIRIT guide you, get help when needed and COMPLETE….will be YOUR SALVATION and MANY can be saved………………………IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO BEGIN…………………..(IF YOU START TODAY)…………. ………….GENESIS 6: 3 Then the Lord said, My Spirit shall not forever dwell and strive with man, for he also is flesh; but his days shall yet be 120 years………First of all I like that GOD gave Noah a time period to build, plenty of time…and then HE told him about the time all of it would take place. 120 years. He didn’t tell him the specific day, but it seems within a 365 day period is when GOD would do this…….When we walk with GOD , HE does place ‘secrets’ in our spirit. Just as John the revelator, Daniel and people were told things, but GOD said, SEAL up the book or don’t speak that. …..(Amos 3:7) ……..Surely the Lord GOD does nothing Unless He reveals His secret counsel To His servants the prophets. A lion has roared! Who will not fear? The Lord GOD has spoken! Who can but prophesy?……………….So many things GOD tells us, and we don’t hear or believe HIM. We think it’s us, and we don’t build because we feel we don’t have time. NO man knows the day or the hour….says the bible….IT DIDN’T SAY NO HUMAN knows about around WHAT TIME OR TIME PERIOD……………………IF GOD IS TELLING YOU TO BUILD, HE’S telling you that you have time. HE CAN speed you and I up, slow us down if we’re moving too fast and missing things. HE can make the sun stand still. As hard as it is to believe HE’S done it before for HIS people. HE can even make the dial of the sun go backwards. GOD CAN DO THINGS, IMPOSSIBLE things that we will believe if we are walking in the SPIRIT, and not listening to so many voices around us. MANY things in your life, YOU may not do because someone around you sincerely may have tried to RUSH GOD, and say what HE will do and won’t and how long it will take you to do this. So you may never get started. Look at it this way…………..IF JESUS returns and you are BUSY for HIM….I guarantee HE will be pleased. IT’S NOT always the END only that fires us up…but the BEGINNING OF A VISION and WORKING on it……IT DOES SANCTIFY us in a way, SOBER us, and causes us to WALK CLOSER to HIM. Can any of that be a bad thing or from the devil?...........NO………….GOD gave Noah a 120 year time frame……………………………… ……….Then GOD put ‘specifics’ in his mind. A grand architectural design. GENESIS 6: 14) 14 Make yourself an ark of gopher or cypress wood; make in it rooms (stalls, pens, coops, nests, cages, and compartments) and cover it inside and out with pitch (bitumen)……15 And this is the way you are to make it: the length of the ark shall be 300 cubits, its breadth 50 cubits, and its height 30 cubits [that is, 450 ft. x 75 ft. x 45 ft.]……16 You shall make a roof or [b]window [a place for light] for the ark and finish it to a cubit [at least 18 inches] above—and the [c]door of the ark you shall put in the side of it; and you shall make it with lower, second, and third stories. ………….And then GOD told him what he would do with this ARK STRUCTURE. (GENESIS 6: 18) But I will establish My covenant (promise, pledge) with you, and you shall come into the ark—you and your sons and your wife and your sons’ wives with you. IT WOULD BE his salvation, his family’s salvation, and in OUR CASE today, with KINGDOM things…it will be the SALVATION of many………….because there is not just ONE NOAH, and HIS FAMILY in our day and age. THERE ARE MANY…………….. …………..Last verse of the 6th chapter. (GENESIS 6:22) 22 Noah did this; he did all that God commanded him…………….Do we only do the BEGINNING of what GOD told us to do? Or do we get at least HALF WAY and then give up? OR DO WE COMPLETE and do ALL GOD tells us to do? THE END OF A THING IS BETTER THAN THE BEGINNING. (Ecclesiastes 7: 8) The end of a matter is better than its beginning; Patience of spirit is better than haughtiness of spirit…….LET’S talk about the BEGINNING………I believe Noah was fired up. WHEN GOD FIRST tells us things….WE GET SOO EXCITED, and BEGAN, usually…….it’s what happens during the beginning and the end when it takes ENDURANCE, PATIENCE, DENYING ourselves ‘pleasures’ of the world in order to COMPLETE what HE tells us. And others may LOOK ,OBSERVE, and speaking negatively……and suddenly, DOUBT can creep. Satan says things like, “Did GOD really say?”….And we stop, behold, and listen…sometimes….. …….And Imagine Noah’s family. HE certainly believed, but like many times, GOD doesn’t tell ALL, or the WHOLE FAMILY, or even ministry, church, and many around us. IT’S HIS COVENANT WITH US…………..so HE expects us to BEGAN, and in time others APPOINTED will be convinced. Even if they aren’t totally convinced, they may cooperate any way. Sarah didn’t always totally believe she would get pregnant, but her and Abraham kept trying anyway. MAYBE HE kept reminding her, honey…..GOD said……………Who knows, Noah probably did have to keep rallying the troops, providing encouragement, and urging his family to participate. Do you know what? When people LOVE YOU…..they will help and go along, even if they don’t totally believe. Thomas said it about JESUS…..well, let’s go die with him…………Heehee…..(St. John 11: 16) Therefore Thomas, who is called Didymus, said to his fellow disciples, Let us also go, so that we may die with Him.……………JESUS was going to raise Lazarus from the dead in a town were some were trying to kill him……BUT JESUS said, basically I WALK IN THE LIGHT………..and so they went with him, even with at least Thomas thinking they’d die on this ‘mission’…………….What else happens when GOD has given a VISION or PROJECT through someone?........IT BONDS people…………I mean let’s face it……..MOST DON’T have much better to do for the KINGDOM anyway….and they loved Noah. And a part of them or maybe the WHOLE PART of them believed…we don’t know. But I am almost sure Noah didn’t build the Ark totally by himself. WORK, VISION, KINGDOM PROJECTS that are KINGDOM led, bond people together. And this BONDS even more…….UNBELIEVERS SPEAKING against it…….………….. ……As others probably said, “What’s that Noah…OH, An ark you say? What’s it for?...OH…it’s going to rain from the sky, and there will be a flood?......Hahahahahaha….it’s never rained water from the sky. You’re nuts. Look at you wasting all that time and energy, and got your poor family helping too. Hahahaha.” And they probably scoffed, mocked, “Noah’s such a fool.”…..And what does that do to a GODLY FAMILY?.........it just makes them CLOSER. Even if you don’t totally believe a friend or family or someone you trust…YOU still don’t want others talking bad about them. And usually…it DRIVES people closer, and makes them work even harder together………………Especially when they clearly see no one else has answers and as in Noah’s day are wicked. Something in a Christian tells them that sooner or later, GOD will judge wickedness………………… …………There is this too. Anything a group of people are building, the MORE IT NEARS completion, the MORE IT TAKES SHAPE AND MANIFESTS….now it’s not just a VISION in someone’s mind, but IT’S COMING OUT JUST LIKE THEY SAID, GOD SAID…..and WHEN DOING things……GOD just strengthens our FAITH, as we CONTINUE…………..that’s just life. THE CLOSER we get to the end, the more DEDICATED AND FOCUSED we are to complete it. We can’t turn back, and …JUST in case….we have PREPARED…………..it doesn’t say it in the bible…ALL OF THIS I’M SAYING, but I have seen it in life. ………………And it does say WITHOUT VISION, people perish and run wild. From birth Noah told his family, GOD’S gonna judge all that wickedness you see going on out there, don’t be a part of it…..AND PERHAPS that kept his wife, sons ,and their wives from doing all that they saw going on. Without that vision…..perhaps some of his family may have fell into the worldly trap. BUILDING FOR GOD….BUILDING UP HIS KINGDOM….BUILDING UP OUR HOLY FAITH……………actually WATERS our SPIRIT, and keeps us on TRACK…………………….building, working for GOD, also keeps us younger and more vibrant and causes us to keep WALKING with GOD, and we see the works of our hands, not just what is in our spirit or vision….BUT WE see it materializing by the ‘sweat’ of our brow. ……………………..WHAT WAS PUT in Noah’s spirit, mind, vision, and invisible eyes was an Ark…………………300 cubits long, wide as 50 cubits and 30 cubits high…..with a roof top I guess and a window for light, and a side door………….. …………..Genesis 6: 14 Make yourself an ark of gopher or cypress wood; make in it rooms (stalls, pens, coops, nests, cages, and compartments) and cover it inside and out with pitch (bitumen)…..15 And this is the way you are to make it: the length of the ark shall be 300 cubits, its breadth 50 cubits, and its height 30 cubits [that is, 450 ft. x 75 ft. x 45 ft.]…..16 You shall make a roof or [b]window [a place for light] for the ark and finish it to a cubit [at least 18 inches] above—and the [c]door of the ark you shall put in the side of it; and you shall make it with lower, second, and third stories……and after the time period GOD gave him….it was time ………..Genesis 7: 1 And the Lord said to Noah, Come with all your household into the ark, for I have seen you to be righteous (upright and in right standing) before Me in this generation………….THERE IS GOING TO COME A TIME, WHAT GOD told you to do YESTERDAY, or TODAY, or what HE will tell YOU to do tomorrow……IS GOING TO BE GREATLY NEEDED………….It will be part of YOUR SALVATION….. …………2 Of every clean beast you shall receive and take with you seven pairs, the male and his mate, and of beasts that are not clean a pair of each kind, the male and his mate,…….3 Also of the birds of the air seven pairs, the male and the female, to keep seed [their kind] alive over all the earth or land………………………………This is what I notice. GOD said bring seven pairs of clean animals and only one pair of unclean…………………..LET’S be honest, MOST of what we do………..Christians can be saved by it…..but a FEW UNBELIEVERS will also be saved……and TURN and believe………………………(NOT ALL…..only a few FIND the strait and narrow path) ………………St. Matthew 7: 13-14 Enter through the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and spacious and broad is the way that leads away to destruction, and many are those who are entering through it……14 But the gate is narrow (contracted [k]by pressure) and the way is straitened and compressed that leads away to life, and few are those who find it. NOW in the 120th year, GOD gets VERY SPECIFIC….within SEVEN days I will cause it to RAIN……………………See SOME specifics we don’t need until we are FINISHED…GOD tells us to do things and we say, BUT WHAT ABOUT AFTER I DO IT LORD? THEN WHAT?.......And the HOLY SPIRIT says, I’LL TELL YOU WHAT, when the time comes. RIGHT NOW WALK IN THE SPIRIT BY FAITH, AND BUILD OR DO what I say………… ……………4 For in seven days I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights, and every living substance and thing that I have made I will destroy, blot out, and wipe away from the face of the earth……………….5 And Noah did all that the Lord commanded him………..6 Noah was 600 years old when the flood of waters came upon the earth or land. ………….And FINALLY at the ripe OLD, or YOUNG AGE of 600………(GENESIS 9: 28) ……….And Noah lived after the flood 350 years…..29 All the days of Noah were 950 years, and he died…………..So Noah was 480 when he and family began building. And he was 600 when the flood came….and after the flood he lived another 350 years…..and died at 950 years………….DON’T be so quick to think you’ll die or JESUS will return or you don’t have NO TIME……………Let GOD decide HIS TIME PERIODS……..The Apostles said to JESUS, “LORD IS IT TIME FOR YOU TO RESTORE THE KINGDOM NOW?” And JESUS said, (Acts 1: 7) It is not for you to know times or epochs which the Father has fixed by His own authority; but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.…HE was telling them, IT’S YOUR JOB to USE THE TIME I HAVE ALLOTTED YOU TO BE WITNESSES, and build, advance, promote MY KINGDOM….everywhere on PLANET EARTH……………And ENJOY YOURSELF while doing it. Heehee…. ………….NO ONE TRULY KNOWS BUT GOD…….You, I, SOME could live to be 100 years old……and what will we DO with all that time?..........KEEP ON BUILDING THE KINGDOM ‘ARK’ of SAFETY for us, and our family, friends and many…..WHOSOEVER WILL who wants JESUS…………….. …………….Noah did ALL GOD told him and now at 600 years old…….the waters began coming down. And I don’t think pitter patter……..I THINK IT WAS HARD, HEAVY, CONSTANT DRENCHING rain………………….
