YOUTH LEADERS IN ACTION – 4-6 MONTH PROJECTS WHAT ARE YOUR OPTIONS? This summer/fall we’re offering 4-6 month projects to Tanzania, Benin, Ghana, Nicaragua, Peru, Ukraine, Vietnam and Indonesia! Our application and selection process for projects happening in 2014-2015 has not yet begun but our project details will be confirmed in the next week. A project calendar along with descriptions of the specific projects will be available on our website by the end of the month. We will be accepting applications shortly. Send Ben Chung an email and Ben will let you know when the applications are open. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? The Youth Leaders in Action program is open to youth from across Canada who are between the ages of 17 and 25, Canadian citizens or landed immigrants, in good health, open-minded and interested in learning from and working with diverse communities and cultures. 4-6 Month Projects We will select youth volunteers on a first come, first served basis. Those who send us a completed application the soonest will have priority for the four-to-six (4-6) month Youth Leaders in Action projects.
