Yaritza had plans of going back to school last January. Instead, days before Christmas, her dad was pulled over by Phoenix Police Department and arrested for a DUI, even though he had not been drinking, passed a sobriety test, and no breathalyzer test was ever performed. Almost a year later, Yaritza, age 20, is working nearly 80 hours a week in order to help her family pay the bills.
