Yay!! Thank you for accepting me into this group! My name is Lindsay Terrell, I am a Diamond Beachbody Fitness Coach, P90X Certified Trainer, Wife of an epic man, momma of two littles, Passionate Surfer and Freelance Surf & Lifestyle Photographer. I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease this past week called Transverse Myelitis. This disease attacks the spinal cord and nerve endings, which has left me dealing with numbness in both of my legs up to the knees and half of the left side of my body, with upper abdominal pain on the left side. Ive come a long way this week, and I VERY excited for this journey and new path to a healthier me! I have to consider Paleo and I am looking forward to the support from this group, and knowledge from this group! I aspire to Inspire and cant WAIT to make new connections with you all!
